All orders are made to order. We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at email@example.com to see if a modification can be made.
Most orders take 2 weeks + 2-4 days for shipping.
We'll ship almost anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico—for free. UPS and USPS.
We offer a 14 day returns policy. Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within this time for a full refund. Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
